The bottom line is.... the sooner you get a lawyer, the more the lawyer can do for you. The accident scene can change quickly, so it's important to obtain a lawyer immediatelyso that evidence can be preserved.

Let me ask YOU a question. If someone wanted to sell you a house and that someone told you “Don’t get a lawyer”, wouldn’t you be a little suspicious? Why in the world would the seller of the house care whether or not you get a lawyer to help you? Unless, of course, the seller has a little secret that the seller doesn’t want you to know. For example, the house could be sitting on land contaminated with PCBs. The land could be contaminated by other chemicals. Maybe there are large, unpaid mortgages on the house and the land. It’s possible the seller doesn’t even own the house and the land. How many times have people bought the Brooklyn Bridge? So, before you start spending thousands and thousands of dollars purchasing a house and land, it would always be smart to have a lawyer on your side. If the seller kept telling you.... “Don’t get a lawyer.... don’t get a lawyer” .... you’d better get one fast, because you’re about to get the shaft!!!!!
