LEGALLY REQUIRED TORTS CLAIMS NOTICES......
(IF YOU DON’T SEND THEM, YOU LOSE!!!)
The Deadline for City and County is only 180 Days.
The Deadline for the State of Indiana is 270 Days.
Don’t Wait Too Long To Get a Lawyer
THIS IS A COMPLICATED NOTICE THAT MUST BE SENT.
(A Lot of People Don’t Even Know About The Notice and They Lose A Lot of Money)
STRICT AND UNFORGIVING INDIANA LAW
(I WILL HELP YOU COMPLY WITH THIS LAW)
Indiana has created some very tough laws if you have claims against governmental entities, such as the State, County, or a City.
You must file your Torts Claim Notice within 180 days of your accident date if you have a claim against a city or county. The deadline for Torts Claim Notice against the state is 270 days. I know of several injured people who have lost $300,000 because they failed to follow this very strict and unforgiving law. They didn't even know they had to send Notice.
No one from the insurance company told them about this requirement. A nice trap for the unwary and the insurance company is obviously not looking out for the injured person
Again, Ken Nunn will help you comply with this law.
As you can see, I only sent you some of my reports. There’s a lot more that you need to know.
