YOU ARE SMART!

In Face, You Are SO Smart That You Can Take On The Insurance Company Yourself.....

EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE NEVER DONE IT BEFORE IN YOUR LIFE!

There is an old saying.....
Save a nickel.....lose a dollar

I represent a lot of smart people...some of them build houses....I can't! They can repair cars....I can't! They are electricians and doctors and even other lawyers....but I have experience and knowledge of the injury laws in Indiana. Recently, I began representing a very intelligent man who repairs jet engines for a major airline. I can assure you that he is a very intelligent, well qualified person and is capable of repairing jet engines. No matter how smart he is, he cannot know all of the in's and out's of handling an injury case. Even though I would like to think I am smart.... I know my limitations. I know I can't build houses, fix cars or fix jet engines. I'm certainly not a doctor, a police officer, a nurse or a fireman. I can't do those jobs.

So, if your logic is.... "you're smart and therefore you can handle your own injury case" .... you might want to reconsider and just simply ask yourself what do you know about the true value of your case? What do you know about subrogation? What do you know about insurance policy stacking laws in Indiana? What do you know about the Tort Claims Act? What do you know about underinsurance? What do you know about uninsured motorists coverage? What do you know about arbitration and mediation? How many insurance policies have you read? (including all the fine print). How do you handle a minor's claim? A guardianship? Bonding? Setting up a trust fund? I could go on and on.... but, as you can see, you simply don't learn how to be a builder, a mechanic or a jet engine mechanic overnight. It takes years and years of training and experience. So.... if your reason for representing yourself is you want to save money on attorney's fees, there's an old saying.... "save a nickel, lose a dollar".

As you can see, I only sent you some of my reports. There’s a lot more that you need to know.
